Pricing
Pricing under DIR-CPO-5209 is established in the contract’s Appendix C Pricing Index. Customers may obtain specific contract pricing for their requirements directly from Spruce.

- MSRP / List price or DIR Customer price: DIR Customer pricing for all service categories is set out in the Price List table below.
- Discount percentage (%) off MSRP or List Price: 3.80% off MSRP/List Price on professional services (labor categories); 0.00% on hosting and domain services. An additional 1.00% volume discount applies to Website Design & Development Services orders exceeding $250,000. The complete discount schedule is set out in the Appendix C Pricing Index.

Appendix A Requirements
Warranty & Return Policy
Warranty
Spruce Technology, Inc. warrants that all services furnished under DIR-CPO-5209 will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with generally accepted industry standards and the terms of the contract and its Appendix A (Terms and Conditions). Any related software or third-party products provided are covered solely by the applicable original manufacturer’s or publisher’s warranty, where one exists.
Returns
Services purchased under DIR-CPO-5209 are professional services and are not subject to return or refund once performed. For any related software or third-party products, returns and refunds are governed by the applicable manufacturer’s or publisher’s policy and the terms of Appendix A. Except as required by the contract or applicable law, Spruce does not otherwise accept returns.
