Sr. Technical Recruiter

Job Duties:

Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel, making hiring recommendations when appropriate; Conduct applicant’s technical pre-screening on their Skills, and reference; Perform searches for qualified applicants according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals; Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures; Prepare and maintain employment records.



3 years of experience as an IT Manager or related occupation.
